Fear no More the Lightning Flash

The blood-red of the flash brought to mind Shakespeare and his statement about love. So this is about the different emotions one feels about love, and its changing orbit. Cool, hot, physical and passionate. Yet always there is the need to record this sensation in paint. I have tried to reflect the nature of the place we go to, so more of a sense of weight and solidity is attached to the emotion. One lightning flash is enough in one’s life.
