The Passage

This is one of a series of works that reflect my emotional responses to being in  the ancient city of Jerusalem. The jolt at seeing the most magnificent historic buildings, unchanging souks, and time-worn housing with the latest satellite dishes is indelibly painted in my mind. The demonstrative reaction can be viewed in the Bougainville series of which this is one.
